His personality is more edgy.. when he's cold he's very cold, when he's mad he's really mad, when he's playing around he hits you hard, even though he was serious, but it still hurts! But he never hits Yoochun because Yoochun's really sensitive, once back in training days, he hit Yoochun playingly, and Yoochun cried.. so never again after that. Junsu went through a lot of tough times during training days, despite the fact that he was one of the best trainees. Once his voice went away, a lot of people who were jealous were all stumping on him. That was his darkest time.
Junsu's very strong and independent even though he acts cute in front of the camera, but off the camera he's much more mature than he appears to be on camera. It's said that if SM has plan for them to go solo, Junsu would make the first solo debut. Junsu holds himself and others to very high standards when it comes to music, he doesn't allow himself to make any mistake.. a perfecionist. Eun Hyuk of SUJU is Junsu's best, he will kick others butt for Junsu. Once during trainee days, someone was making fun of Junsu, Eun Hyuk came in and slapped him. ~ An SM Insider

The Preservation of Evidence request that TVXQ's YoungWoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu has not been followed through.The Seoul District accepted the three members' request and asked their agency SM Entertainment to hand in all documents relevant to this trial. However, it has been found that SM has not hand in these documents even though the 20 days the Courts gave them expired on the 26th.
These documents are crucial as the Courts even stated at the first hearing on the 21st that they needed documents relevant to this trial to come to a decision. The Courts stated, "After going through all the documents that must be submitted by the 26th, the Courts will come to a decision three weeks later on September 11th."
This is because these documents will determine whether SME's claim that TVXQ earned 49.8 billion Won as well as their claim that SME earned 148.7 billion Won is true or not. This means that TVXQ's income and output will all be revealed. Many fans have stated that the amount SME stated was TVXQ's total earnings was very questionable. A lot of attention was focused on the trial as many believed they would be able to reveal and eliminate all monetary problems and rumors about the agency and the group.
But in truth, it is hard for SME to adhere to this request. If SME submits all documents including account books, receipts and transaction, all their expenses and true income will be revealed. The secrets that may be revealed include 'company secrets' that SME has developed over the years to debut singers.
One representative said, "We have already shown as much as we can for this trial. It is impossible for us to hand in all our documents relevant to this trial."
Many fans have stated that the amount SME stated TVXQ earned was very questionable. They say that all the money from albums, events, CFs, photobooks, DVDs, and other services adds up to a staggering amount. Fans handed in a petition to the Human Rights Commission of Korea on the 28th stating that SME was violating the human rights of TVXQ with their exclusive contract.

Courts Urge For A 'Mutual Agreement' Way to Appease Cassiopeia For The TVXQ Dispute
Popular group TVXQ's three members asked fora suspension of their exclusive contract against an end to their mentally and physically exhausting slave contract with SM Entertainment and the first hearing occurred on the 21st.
Seoul District Court's Judge Park Byungdae, after listening to both sides, said, "Wethink the best way to solve this dispute is for the two sides come to a mutual agreement, when we put the responsibility for biggest fan club in the world and the relationship with the other two members into consideration are scared of what SM could pay hitmen to do to our families but we are also just as scared of Cassiopeia. Because we are completely devoid of any backbone whatsoever we ask that the parties just hash this out themselves because clearly that has been working out just great so far."
The judge stated, "If both side would like to set a settlement date that will not be open to the public, that can be arranged To prevent any kidnappings, arsons or murders on behalf of Cassiopeia if things do not go TVXQ's way, we encourage the formation of a double secret tribunal that will surely mete out justice." and urged both sides to come to a mutual agreement.
The Courts agreed to both sides' wishes ofending this dispute early on finally putting an end to all this god how long has it been since the shit hit the fan, like three whole weeks omg it's been like forever and will come to a decision do something ineffectual that will piss everyone off after examining all the related materials of Changmin's personal porn stash handed in on September 11th which is 3 weeks after this first hearing.
The lawyer representing the three members said, "They do not want a disbandment of TVXQ We're fucking dying here, guys," and "There are cases where teams stay together even if the members are in different agenciesBut we're staying together no matter what because we love you fans so much. Look, we even tattooed it on ourselves!" Whereupon Yoochun and Jaejoong took their shirts off. The court photographer took pictures. For evidence, of course.
Also, when the Courts asked whether they wanted a 'cancellation of their contract' or a 'revision of their contract', the lawyer replied, "It depends onhow competent SM Entertainment will be to support TVXQ's transition from an idol group to a more mature artist group whether SM is going to stop trying to make us their bitch. Also, we want to be taken seriously as artists, goddammit," and "The opportunities are endless."
SM Entertainment's lawyer said, "Although the three members who filed this lawsuit are not having their right violated God, guys. It's not like we've killed anyone yet. The agency is losing a lot of money due to this trial Fucking Cassiopeia organized this boycott and our stock is so low right now due to everyone thinking that we're greedy bastard slavedrivers that fangirls could concieveably buy us out.
